Completed 9th March 1975. This is one of the very last Hayman guitars to be assembled.
The only higher serial number I have found is 7887375 (which indicates the 788th instrument, dated 7th March 19)75
The body of this guitar contains a 'Vibrosonic Chamber', an untuned sprung wooden box encased in the body behind the bridge area, intended to add a springy sustaining reverberation to the guitar's resonance!
